The waterfront venue’s catering partner Centerplate has devised speciality dishes such as burgers, noodles, hotdogs, curry and nachos and, as a first for the arena, desserts. The tasty treats will be accompanied by a tempting new cocktail menu.
We'll feature favourites such as a Dockside burger with mushrooms, tomato and crispy onions. Gourmet delights on event nights will include the Super Lamb Burger, ‘curry and nan’, halloumi and katsu mayonnaise burger and, during boxing events, carvery stations.
The pop-up food offerings are tailored to the type of event and the arena audience. All of the food can be eaten while standing or at the seated area and of course the taste and quality of ingredients hasn’t been compromised in this process. The burgers on offer will change depending on the event at the venue and will range from a Korean chicken burger to a Dirty Burger which comes complete with fried egg and crispy onions.
M&S Bank Arena will also be providing a cocktail menu to include favourites such as Mojitos and Pornstar Martinis. The venue has partnered with Frizzenti to provide cocktails on tap from a Fizz kiosk which allows the team to serve the perfect cocktail quickly. The kiosks support Centerplate’s sustainability policy of reducing its carbon footprint by using less bottles and paper and minimising the requirement for individually packaged mixers and alcohol.
The pricing has been considered to ensure that the food offerings are affordable and will enhance the overall experience of a visit to M&S Bank Arena.
