Penny has moved. But don’t despair… we’re just upstairs where you can find your usual delicious hot and cold drinks, food and sweet treats inside our theatre on the 1^st floor

Drinks can be booked right up to the start of the performance. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive confirmation and your drinks will be ready for you to collect when and where you choose.

PENNY – Our relaxed all-day artisan café and late night bar located on the 1st floor of The Old Vic, serving up Workshop Coffee, unique drinks and a selection of cold sandwiches and snacks.

Pre-show service is from 6pm and anyone with a ticket can order a pre-show or interval drink (only those over 18 can purchase alcohol). From Monday–Wednesday Penny is open post-show until 1am and until 2am from Thursday–Saturday. At this point the bar operates as a public bar (you don’t need a ticket) and anyone under the age of 18 won’t be admitted.
