Patrons with a disability or who are hearing/visually impaired are entitled to half price tickets for themselves at the majority of productions. Disabled Access
The Playhouse Theatre has ramped access into the foyer and a lift to the stalls level of the auditorium where up to four wheelchairs and companions can be accommodated. To ensure that we fully understand your needs, wheelchair spaces and companion seats can only be booked by phoning the Playhouse box office on 01934 645544. The Playhouse theatre has a dedicated disabled toilet and a low level box office counter.

The Playhouse Theatre also offers audio-described performances on some of its family pantomime.
