How do I collect tickets if I am not the cardholder?

There is a large undercover car park operated by Flintshire County Council at the front of the building with tunnel access direct to the theatre foyer. The tunnel entrance has steps so is not suitable for those with access needs. Recently the council

<p>There is a large undercover car park operated by Flintshire County Council at the front of the building with tunnel access direct to the theatre foyer. The tunnel entrance has steps so is not&#xA0;suitable for those with access needs.</p>
<p>Recently the council has introduced charges to use the car park however it is only <strong>&#xA3;1.50 for a full day</strong>, <strong>50p for 2 hours</strong> and is <strong>pay and display Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm</strong>.</p>
<p>We ask for people to avoid parking outside the front of the building to ensure disabled access and for emergency service access.</p>

<p><strong>Described Shows</strong><br>Described Performances are provided for most Theatr Clwyd productions.&#xA0; Audio Description is a commentary that describes body language, expressions and movements, making the performance clear through sound.&#xA0; A &#x2018;touch tour&#x2019; of the stage is available before the performance starts. A touch tour is a free, supplementary event for anyone with visual impairment who has purchased a ticket. It&#x2019;s a chance to visit the set, meet the actors, feel the props and costumes and enhance your enjoyment of the show. It will be 1 hour prior to the performance.</p>

<p><strong>Relaxed Shows<br></strong>Our Relaxed Performances are for adults and children with Autism, Alzheimer&#x2019;s, Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Sensory and Communication Disorders. These performances are adjusted to make the experience less stressful and more enjoyable.</p>
<p>Typically changes will include:</p>
