Shortly after you book tickets for Life of Pi, you should receive a confirmation email. All you need to do is print the confirmation email, bring it along with some photo ID to the theatre box office, and they will give you your physical tickets for Life of Pi.
We recommend arriving around 30-40 minutes before the performance begins, so you can comfortably collect your tickets and find your seats.
