Parking
A number of blue badge spaces are available in the pay and display car park on Singleton Street. The main theatre entrance also has a large drop off area.
Accessible Seating
We have a number of armless seats available for easy access as well as numerous spaces for wheelchair users and companions in the stalls and Grand Circle. There are also wheelchair spaces available in the Arts Wing.
Free Tickets for Carers

Wheelchair Access and Accessible Seating
The lift at Box Office provides access to all floors of the theatre including the Grand Circle in the main auditorium. There is level access for wheelchair users into the stalls and also into the Footlights Bar. Seating and spaces to accommodate wheelchair users and their companions are available in all of our performance spaces, including the stalls, Grand Circle and Arts Wing studio spaces. Our main auditorium is also fitted with a number of armless seats for easy access and transferring.
Hearing System
To enhance sound reception for visitors with hearing impairment, a Sennheiser Infared system is available.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.
Relaxed Performances
Our relaxed performances offer an opportunity for visitors with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, or learning/sensory needs, to enjoy top quality theatre in a friendly, relaxed and informal environment.
We like to think of them as the opposite of a 'Quiet Carriage' of a train. The audience will be free to make noise or move around.

BSL Interpreted Performances
We regularly programme British Sign Language interpreted performances for our most popular theatre productions. For recommendations of on the best seats for visibility of the interpretation, feel free to contact our box office.
Audio Description
We make sure that some of our best shows accessible to visually impaired visitors, by providing regular audio described performances.
