if the card holder is passing tickets along for someone else to collect you will need to ring the Jersey Opera House Box Office direct on (01534) 511 115 and they will then update the booking name before you collect the tickets.
Please be aware that nobody other than the booker can collect the tickets if you do not follow the procedure above.
