There are a range of measures in place at Potted Panto.
Groups are max 6 people per group, in line with government guidelines. The seating in the theatre has been reconfigured to enable social distancing.
There will be contactless ticketing and staggered arrival times for audience members. Guests will enter and exit the theatre at different points depending on where your seats are, with a one way system in place to direct you through the building where possible.
Drinks and refreshments are pre-ordered and you will consume them in your seats.
You will book your tickets for Potted Panto in advance and will be asked to complete an online check-in process before your performance takes place to ensure your group is not displaying coronavirus symptoms before your e-tickets for the show are issues. This is to assist with track and trace.
An official NHS QR code will be displayed on arrival for you to check in with the NHS COVID-19 App.
Bag checks will be contactless at the theatre's entrance and please note there are no cloakroom facilities inside the theatre. Please only bring one bag per person (max size 40cm x 20cm x 25cm).
All audience members aged 11 and over must wear a face mask at all times inside the theatre, except when eating or drinking.
Temperature checks will be carried out at the entrance and guests are asked to use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the venue. Hand sanitiser will also be found at various points inside the building.
The theatre is regularly cleaned on a continual basis.
If you, or anyone in your group, is feeling unwell or has shown coronavirus symptoms in the 10 days leading up to your visit, please remain at home and follow government guidelines.
