Is there social distancing and hygiene and safety measures in place at KidZania London?

All visitors need to book tickets for KidZania London in advance of their visit. 

Face masks/coverings will need to be worn by all guests during this visit in order to gain entry. This includes children from age 4 and over, but there are exemptions where guests have certain health conditions and/or disabilites. All staff will also wear visors and/or masks. 

Temperatures of all guests will be checked on arrival and a health questionnaire will be carried out which include the questions 'have you knowingly been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or with COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days? Have you been tested for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? What was the result? Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days?'

There will be a reduced capacity at the attraction and to ensure effectived social distancing infants and early years children are not allowed to enter KidZania London until further notice.
