Physical Access

There are dedicated wheelchair accessible spaces in the venue. Booking is essential so let the venue know your requirements in advance. There is lift and ramp access across the venue. All lifts have spoken messages indicating which floor the lift is on and whether the doors are opening and closing. All lifts also have grab bars inside. Escalators serve all main floors of the building.

Wheelchairs – available free of charge to use within the venue. The number of wheelchairs is limited, so if you’ve got your own, please bring it with you.

Scooters – are available from Shop-mobility. The venue recommend you contact Shop mobility directly in advance with your requirements. Their contact telephone number is 028 808090 Monday – Friday.

Accessible toilets are available across the venue with grab rails, emergency pull cords, lowered mirrors and fittings. Currently these toilets allow for either a left or a right lateral transfer, not both. Assistance dogs are welcome, let the venue know in advance so they can allow for water provision.

Front Row – a list of events is published quarterly and is available on request in Braille, Large Print and audio formats. If you need a copy contact either Duty Manager on 028 90334451. There are two privately owned car parks adjacent to the venue with dedicated accessible spaces on all levels. There are also wide bays available on the ground level of both car parks. Please note – you will need to display your blue badge.

I am deaf and require a BSL or ISL interpreter. 
The venue is happy to arrange for a BSL or ISL signer to be at the performance. They ask that you try to give eight weeks’ notice to ensure they can arrange for a signer to be present.

Hearing Assistance

Infra Red – is available in both auditoria – is available in various locations. Customers, clients are requested to turn their hearing aid to ‘T’ setting. Induction Loop – is available in various locations.
