Venue access information (Lighthouse, Poole)

There is level access to the foyers, bars, café, toilets and performance spaces and all floors. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome throughout the centre and dog bowls are available from Ticket Office. The venue has sound enhancement systems that can be used in the concert hall, cinema, studio and theatre.

Disabled parking spaces are available in all Poole car parks. There are also designated setting down and collection bays immediately outside the front of the building. There are accessible toilets on all floors.

The venue welcome Typetalk calls when making your booking. Dial prefix 18001 followed by 01202 280000. The venue have two visitor wheelchairs subject to availability.
