Wheelchair Users
There is automatic door access to the Lower Foyer directly from the promenade. There are a number of wheelchair spaces in the auditorium. Please inform the Box Office of your requirements at the time of booking.

Lift
There is a wheelchair accessible lift from the lower ground floor to the Panoramic Lounge, Conference Centre and Auditorium.

Accessible Parking
There are a limited number of accessible parking spaces near to the main theatre entrance on the promenade.

Toilets
Wheelchair accessible toilets are situated in the Entrance Foyer and on the first floor Plaza Lounge

Hearing Loop

The venue have an induction hearing loop system installed in the main theatre (hearing aid 'T' position). They also have a hearing loop in our Blue Lounge/Conference Centre.

Assistance Dogs
Are welcome in all areas.
