Is social distancing and hygiene and safety measures in place at The View from the Shard?

The View from the Shard has been accredited with an industry standard ‘We’re Good To Go’ badge by Visit England. This accreditation is given by Visit England as it recognises that all necessary steps and precautions have been taken by the venue, in line with mandatory Government guidelines to make sure that your time at the venue is a safe one.

The measures in place include that all guests must book tickets for The View from the Shard in advance and guests will arrive at 15 minute intervals in order to help with social distancing. Signage will also be clearly displayed to help with social distancing. Face coverings and masks are advised whilst in the attraction and must be worn in the gift shop. Hygiene screens are in place at key points of the attraction such as the bar and shop. Cash is no longer accepted on the premises. All payments must be made with either a card, Apple or Google pay. Reduced capacity is now in place at the venue and there is also enhanced and frequently cleaning taking place.
