A range of measures are now in place at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience, London to give you peace of mind when it comes to safety, whilst having a really fun and enjoyable experience. These include:
Temporary changes to the group make up, with teams only comprising single bookings and no mixing of teams from separate households. Please bear this in mind when you book tickets for The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience, London.
Staff will wear face masks and gloves. Guests are encouraged to wear a face mask whilst in the maze, with them available at the attraction if you need one. You will also be required to wear gloves, provided by the attraction, in certain areas.
Your Maze Master will also be wearing protective equipment and will social distance from you. You will need to follow their instructions about where to stand and what you need to do.
The attraction is now cashless, with all payments to be made using a contactless bank card. Enhanced cleaning is in place throughout and hygiene screens have been installed at a number of key points of contact between staff members and guests. There is also a number of hygiene stations and hand sanitiser dispensers in place.
Groups must arrive 30 minutes before the time on your ticket, in order to help with managing and limiting contact with any other teams at the venue. Capacity at the attraction has also been reduced to help with this. You will need to participate in non-contact temperature checks in order to be allowed into the venue.
There is new signage in place as well as safety briefings, where staff will tell you all the key safety messages and instructions.
