Wheelchair Users and Companion Seats

Wheelchair users are entitled to an assisting companion seat free of charge if it's a requirement to facilitating the visit.

Wheelchair and minimal step access seats are only bookable via the Box Office.

CITY

The nearest disabled parking is on Park Walk behind the theatre. Additional spaces can be found at Bedford Place and Grosvenor Sq. We recommend dropping off on West Marlands Rd across Guildhall Square.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs are welcome at all performances. Please talk to the Box Office team if you need a minding service throughout the show.

Assistive Hearing Devices

Hearing loops and headphones for assisted listening are available free of charge from the Box Office.
