There is level access to the Arena and designated spaces for wheelchairs in the stalls. The Box Office and toilets are also accessible.    

Plymouth Pavilions uses the Sennheiser infra red hearing loop system.  If you wish to bring your own Sennheiser equipment, please check the frequency we are transmitting on before use. Please ask at the Box Office for details.  

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog with you into the auditorium please let the Ticket Store team know at the time of booking so that suitable seats can be allocated on the aisle. Water for dogs can also be provided.
