How do I collect tickets? (The lastminute.com London Eye)

1. For standard tickets please go into the London Eye ticket office to the ‘Ticket Collection’ line to exchange your voucher for the next available time slot. For fast track go to the dedicated Fast track kiosk outside the London Eye ticket office to exchange your voucher for the next available time slot.

2. Don’t forget to visit the 4D Cinema Experience inside the London eye ticket office. If you are in a large group it may be advisable to put them into the show while you are waiting for your tickets.

3. Please be aware that your voucher is exchanged for the next available time slot which may be the following day.

Please note: all customers are required to present photo ID & credit card at the venue to collect tickets.
