If your booking has gone through successfully but you have not received your e-tickets within an hour of booking, don't worry.
Make sure you have checked your junk, spam or other folders or tabs (like the 'Other' inbox in Outlook or the 'Promotions' tab in Gmail). E-tickets arrive as attachments and this can often mean they end up being flagged as spam by email providers. It is also worth making sure you've checked all of your email accounts in case you used a different one to book.
If you've checked other folders and still cannot find your tickets then pop our friendly support team a call or email as soon as you can and we should be able to resend these for you. It can be useful to include your billing postcode when emailing to help in finding your booking. If you have an order number that is also very helpful to include.
If you cannot find your e-tickets and it is the day of the show but it is outside of our opening times we strongly recommend you head to the event anyway. We supply all of the essential details of bookings directly to the venue so they should be able to help you in person. (Don't worry we only send the essential details of your booking so the venue can help, there is no personally identifiable information included.) Venue box office teams are used to helping out as much as our team and will do their best to sort everything out in person. It can help to arrive a little early to give you time in case the box office is busy and make sure to mention that you booked with Family Tickets ticketing agency to help the staff find your booking.
