What to do if I cannot find my e-tickets?
If your booking has gone through successfully but you have not received your e-tickets within an hour of booking, don't worry. Make sure you have checked your junk, spam or other folders or tabs (like the 'Other' inbox in Outlook or the 'Promotions'
Can someone else collect the tickets or attend the show instead of me?
Some venues might need you to give the person picking the tickets up a letter to confirm that this is OK. Please drop us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to help out.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
You should receive an email shortly after booking with a link to download your e-ticket. You must print out the tickets before you come to see the show.
