<p>Queen&apos;s Hall, Beaumont Street, Hexham NE46 3LS.</p>
<p>Hexham is located approximately 22 miles west of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The Queen&apos;s Hall is only a five minute drive from the A69 dual carriageway.</p>
<p>Leave the A69 dual carriageway at the large roundabout signposted &#x2018;Hexham&#x2019; and follow the A6079.<br>Cross the River Tyne and go straight ahead at the first mini-roundabout. Turn left at the second (continuing on the A6079). You will pass Hexham Train Station on the left and sweep up a steep hill. At the top of this hill turn right at the roundabout (A6305) and drive along Priestpopple.</p>
<p>At the top of a slight rise, by the monument at the park gates, turn right into Beaumont Street.</p>
<p>Queen&apos;s Hall is on the right hand side of Beaumont Street - opposite the park gates and before you reach the Hexham Abbey.</p>

<p>Queen&apos;s Hall is a five minute walk from Hexham Train Station.</p>
<p>On leaving the station, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and turn left. After a few yards turn right through some metal bollards and head up the pedestrian path (Orchard Road) which borders the playing fields. Cross the road ahead and carry on up the pedestrian path (which turns into Hall Bank and then Hallgate.) One you reach the flat, carry on and cut through an archway (the Edinburgh Woollen Shop is on your left) and you will come out into the Market Place. With the Abbey to your right, walk up the main road (Beaumont Street) on the left hand side and Queen&apos;s Hall is opposite the main park gates.</p>
<p>This walk is up a slight incline and may not be suitable for elderly or infirm people.</p>
<h4 id="by-bus">BY BUS</h4>
<p>From the new Hexham Bus Station, opoosite Hexham Hospital, walk along Priestpopple passing the HSBC and NatWest banks, until you reach Beaumont Street on the right (this is a main road with a park on the other side). Queen&apos;s Hall is on the right hand side of Beaumont Street - opposite the main park gates and before you reach the abbey.</p>
