A limited number of booster seats are available at Plymouth Pavilions on a first-come, first-served basis. Please speak to a member of staff if you would like to use one during your visit. You are also welcome to bring in your own small booster seats

How do I collect tickets if I am not the cardholder? (Plymouth Pavilions)

If the purchasing customer/cardholder requires someone else to collect their tickets then they would need to contact us by telephone (0333 772 7727) and provide the name of the collector and a password which they can use.

Whichever way you come into the city you will find the Pavilions clearly sign posted. Just follow the signs for the city centre. When you are near the city centre follow the brown tourist signs marked "Pavilions.

How do I get there by public transport? (Plymouth Pavilions)

We are only a 15 minute walk from Plymouth Train Station through the city centre. The majority of city centre buses will stop at either Bretonside Bus Station or Royal Parade, less than 10 minutes from Plymouth Pavilions.
