Can I earn points or use points for a discount over the phone?

Points are only automatically added to your Reward Club account when you are logged in and book on our website. If you prefer to book over the phone, then we can manually add points to your account, providing you already have an account, or can set one up using your email address on the Reward Club page.

It is only possible to use your Reward Club points on a discount on your bookings on our website. Unfortunately we are unable to apply any discounts on phone bookings at this time.
