Your points should be updated within a few minutes, but occasionally there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take a bit longer to appear in your account.

- Try to refresh your browser.
- Try to log out and then back in to your account.
- Check your ‘Rewards History’ in your Reward Club account to see if the points were added. Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any points you've already used.
