Access Register

Customers on our Access Register are eligible for a concession (when available) or (if assistance is needed), a free carer companion.

To register, please download and complete the form below and email this to boxoffice@castletheatre.co.uk. Alternatively, contact the Box Office on 01933 270 007 and a form can be emailed or post to you.

Disabled Access

Castle Theatre has 12 spaces for wheelchairs in the main auditorium, and a minimum of 2 in our studio theatre; these areas are only available to book by calling the Box Office on 01933 270 007 and advance booking is recommended.

Blue badge parking is available adjacent to Castle Theatre. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the building. The Box Office welcomes calls from customers who wish to discuss any special requirements prior to their visit.

Family Access

Castle Theatre presents a selection of shows created for our youngest audience members throughout the year. To help make your visit to Castle Theatre as easy and enjoyable as possible we offer the following:
