The Underbelly Festival site can be reached by step free routes from Waterloo Station and various bus routes, and has accessible toilet facilities on site. The grass is fake astroturf, which is usually fine for wheelchairs, but may not be suitable after heavy rain, depending on a wheelchair users' mobility.

Blue Badge holders with tickets to Underbelly Festival are able to park at the National Theatre free of charge. (You must visit the Underbelly box office during your visit to obtain a parking ticket.) Please note that the National Theatre is closed on Sundays, and on these days there will be no step-free access to their car park. if you are attending a late show please also note that the car park closes at 12 midnight.
