Visitors with Access requirements are invited to join our free Access List to inform us of their access requirements and receive information in alternative formats. Some visitors may be eligible for a 30% reduction on ticket prices for themselves and a personal assistant/carer ticket if needed.

If you wish to print your application form, fill it in, sign and return it to us at the freepost address below, please download and print the “Postal Access List Application Form”. You can also scan and send your completed postal form by email.
If you wish to fill in your application form online and return it by email, please download the “Online Access List Application Form”. Once filled in and emailed back to us, we can arrange for you to sign it when you next visit us.
Alternatively you can call the Box Office on 020 7935 2141 and we can fill in the form on your behalf and arrange for you to sign it when you next visit us.

If you receive disability-related state benefits, you may be eligible for a discount on the cost of your ticket. To qualify for this concession we will need a copy of the following:
- Front page of a Disability Living Allowance or PIP document
- Front page of Attendance Allowance document
- Certificate of Visual Impairment
Documentation can be scanned and attached to your form if emailing or photocopied and attached to your form if posting to us.
