Potted Panto is running an online check in to help with test and trace procedures, due to coronavirus.
After you book your tickets for Potted Panto you will receive a pre-visit email from Nimax Theatres 48 hours before your performance. This will contain a check-in link.
You will be required to confirm that no one in your group has coronavirus symptoms. You will be given details on how to exchange your tickets if you cannot confirm this (this must be completed no later than 10am on the morning of your show).
Pre-show procedures will be communicated to you via email address. You will also be emailed your e-tickets once you've completed your online check-in, as part of test and trace.
The theatre will only accept E-tickets for admission into the venue.
You will be provided with contactless e-tickets after you complete the check-in by Nimax Theatres.
