When you visit Madame Tussauds you will need to go to the correct entrance on your arrival. The door numbers can change but if you need any help then please ask a member of staff who will be more than happy to show you where to go.
Door 1 is where you will collect your online order
Door 2 is where you will all guests will enter the attraction. If you already have your tickets printed then head straight to that door.
Guests can enter Madame Tussauds during their 15 minute entry window.
