Tickets must be bought in advance and purchased online. There is not a box office on site at The Drive In Cinema.
The venue's doors open 45 minutes before the start of the performance and all movies will begin at the advertised start time. All guests will need to show their tickets at the entrance to be allowed in and your tickets will be scanned through the closed windows of your car.
Have your barcode ready for the team, either printed or displayed on your mobile phone screen. Latecomers cannot be admitted once a film has started and no refunds can be given to customers for this reason.
The Drive In are unable to reserve parking spaces for customers in advance. A member of the team will direct you to the parking space as they welcome you, taking into account the size of your car.
Large cars and SUVs might be asked to position themselves at the back or sides. Everyone, no matter where they are parked, will get a good view.
If you have access needs and require a parking space close to accessible toilet facilities then send them an email with your number plate and the date and time of your performance to info@thedrivein.london and they will be happy to help you.
