To ensure secure collection of tickets at the Box Office, you will be asked to produce the card with which the tickets were paid for. If you are not able to show the card that was used to purchase the tickets then please do get in touch with us on 0330 058 1585 so we can update your order's details.
You may also be asked to confirm personal details of the person who booked the tickets. It is not necessary to present a booking confirmation when collecting, although this can help to make collection more efficient during busy periods.
