Access Car Parking
The Box Office and Royal Circle are on street level; patrons with limited mobility are recommended to sit in the Royal Circle.
Other areas of the auditorium can only be accessed using stairs and unfortunately there is no lift Car Parks
The nearest car park is the NCP at Selkirk House on Museum Street. The car park has two disabled bays and two passenger lifts. There are metered bays on High Holborn, opposite the Theatre, which are available to Disabled person’s Blue Badge holders.
Wheelchair Access
There are two wheelchair positions in the Royal Circle in Boxes F and E and a wheelchair transfer position in Box B. Boxes F and E are accessible via ramp and Box B has level access followed by a two-step transfer. Please note that Box E has a restricted view. There are also two level transfer positions in the Royal Circle, Row A, seats 4-5 and 32-33. Front of House staff will look after a wheelchair for any patron wishing to transfer into a seat; it will be brought to the user during the interval and at the end of the performance. When booking, please state if you are a wheelchair user so that our Box Office staff can ensure the best seats are available. The Theatre also has its own wheelchair that is available for anyone who may require it. Please let the Box Office know if you would like to make use of the wheelchair when you book.
Assistance for deaf and hearing impaired
The Theatre is equipped with an infra-red system and headsets are available on request; please speak to our Front of House team when you arrive if you require one. Guide and hearing dogs Guide dogs and Hearing dogs are welcome at the Theatre. They may sit with you in the auditorium or our Front of House team will look after them whilst you enjoy the performance.
