Hearing Impaired

We have an infa-red hearing enhancement system in the auditorium, please ask at the Box Office either when booking or before the performance.


We offer sign language interpreted performances for BSL users whenever possible. Please contact the Box Office on 01962 840 440 or [email protected] for information on selected performances.


Lift Access

There is lift access to all levels


Wheelchair Users

We can accommodate wheelchairs in the stalls, and rows A and B can be removed to accommodate group bookings.


According to the terms of our licence, wheelchair users must be accompanied during a performance. If you wish to bring a friend along, their ticket will be available at a 50% discount.


Please call the Box Office to discuss bookings for larger groups and we will do our utmost to help with any requests.


Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the building. Please talk to our Box Office staff about any special requirements when booking. No other animals are permitted beyond the entrance foyer.


Parking

There is limited parking at the Discovery Centre. Use Tower Street for alternative parking.


Toilet Facilities

Adapted facilities are available on the ground floor in the atrium.


Visual Story

We can provide a visual story tool for patrons with an Autistic spectrum condition, learning disability or a sensory or communication disorder and who may have not visited the venue previously.
