DISABILITY FRIENDLY

Perth Concert Hall & Perth Theatre has been designed to be disability friendly. There are lifts to all levels, Assistive Listening, FM Headsets and friendly staff who are always happy to help.

HELP WITH HEARING

You can now use your own headphones to access the theatre's audio streams or to Bluetooth directly to your hearing aid. This system is available in the Perth Theatre Main House and Joan Knight Studio, as well as in the Gannochy Trust Auditorium at Perth Concert Hall. Please ask at the Box Office or see a member of our Visitor Experience Team and they will be happy to help.

AUDIO DESCRIPTION

Perth Theatre have a trained team who describe the action on stage for our visually impaired patrons. Description begins ten minutes prior to curtain up with scene setting and programme notes. Audio Description is only available for certain performances, please contact the Ticketing Services team at Box Office for dates and times.

TOUCH TOURS

These are an innovative way for our visually impaired patrons to enjoy the full theatre experience. Those attending an Audio Described performance also have the opportunity to feel sets and costumes and have all the aspects of the production and staging described to them. Touch Tours are only available on the same dates as Audio Described performances.

GUIDE, HEARING AND ASSISTANCE DOGS

All guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome in both our buildings.
