Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome, please advise the box office at the time of booking.

Facilities

There are accessible toilets and a dedicated Changing Places toilet.

Hearing and Visually Impaired Patrons

Sennheiser infra-red system headsets are available from the Duty Manager for a refundable deposit of Ł10.00 or a current driving licence.  Please ask the box office at time of booking.

Wheelchair Access

There is a level entrance and accessible foyer.

Wheelchair spaces are available for all events, these are in the stalls.

There is lift access to all floors. Please note that unfortunately the circle is not accessible to wheelchair users.

Personal Assistance Scheme

Hull City Hall and Hull Theatres are committed to ensuring that all customers can access our events and offer a scheme to support customers who would not be able to attend their venues without the assistance of an essential carer. 

Applications will be reviewed according to eligibility and a decision made within 14 days. Please do not reserve or purchase tickets before approved as refunds will not be given.

In certain circumstances advice may be taken from the Hull City Council Disability Access Officer. 

Carers are expected to be responsible for the disabled customer at all times during their visit. Please speak to the front of house team for information on all facilities and evacuation procedures.
