ACCESIBLE TICKETS
To book accessible tickets for events via telephone, please contact the Box Office team at the Hydro on 0141 576 3230 (open Mon-Fri 9am-2pm). Accessible tickets can also be purchased on Ticketmaster.

Accessible toilet facilities are within easy reach inside the venue. These facilities can be accessed using Radar keys, which are available from stewards, or may be purchased from the Information Desk in the OVO Hydro if you wish to have your own.
Stewards located around the venue can help point you to the nearest toilet from your location.
Accessible toilets can be found on Level 2 of the OVO Hydro, accessible via the concourse lifts.
A Changing Places Toilet is available in the West lobby of Level 2. This is accessible by radar key.
WHEELCHAIRS
The venue have some wheelchairs available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis for one event day at a time. Collection and drop off is at the Information Desk on the main concourse of the OVO Hydro. There are also self-serve wheelchairs located at the West Doors of the SEC Centre. Please scan the QR code on the side of the wheelchair to complete the online hire form which can be found here: Accessibility | OVO Hydro
Requests made less than 48 hours in advance of your event may not be received. For requests made within 48 hours of the event, you can still attend the collection point to request a wheelchair however this will be subject to on the day availability.
Please note that wheelchairs can only be borrowed for one event day at a time. Collection and drop off is at the following points:
* SEC Centre – cloakroom on the main concourse
* SEC Armadillo – from stewards in the ground floor lobby
* The SSE Hydro – the Information Desk across from main entrance
ASSISTANCE DOGS
Assistance dogs are welcome at the venue, but please be aware that noise levels can be high during some events.
At the time of booking please let the Accessible Booking Team know if an assistance dog will be accompanying you to the venue to ensure the area booked is suitable. You can do so by calling the Accessible Booking line on 0141 576 3230 (open Monday – Friday, 9am - 2pm).
Strobe Lighting and Special Effects
Strobe lighting and other special effects may be used during performances, however this can vary on an event by event basis. If you have any questions relating to a specific event, please email the venue.
HEARING IMPAIRMENT
The OVO Hydro has an Auracast Assisted Hearing System available to support customers who require enhanced audio during events.
Auri™ receivers provide enhanced live show audio and can be used with wired headphones or earbuds. Customers with compatible hearing aids can also use an inductive neck loop with the receiver.
Receivers are available from the Information Desk during events. Customers are encouraged to bring their own wired headphones or earbuds where possible. A limited number of headphones and inductive neck loops are also available on-site, subject to availability. Receivers and any venue-provided equipment should be returned to the Information Desk at the end of the event.
Receivers can be requested in advance using the form. The venue strongly recommends requesting a receiver in advance to help ensure one is available for your event.
